Come and join us for a Letterboxing Stamp Camp at Battle Ground
Lake State Park in Battle Ground, WA. Friday, August 27 thru Sunday,
August 29. Make your reservations soon for the drive-in camp sites by
calling 888-226-7688. Tent and trailers sites available as well as
primitive sites on the other side of the park. Visit www.parks.wa.gov
for more information. All campsites include fire pit and picnic table
with restrooms and showers nearby. Activities include book binding
and stamp carving workshops, Letterboxing 101 workshop for anyone who
would like complete details on what to do with hitch hikers,
travelers, cookoo clues, mystery clues, etc. as well as activites for
the kids such as crafts and Jr. Ranger Program.
There will be more details to follow. Anyone who is interested in
leading one of these workshops please email me off list.
Battle Ground Lake State Park activites include
hiking/biking/equestrian trails, fishing, boating (non-motorized),
swimming, interpretive activities, baseball/softball/volleyball
fields, playground and bird watching. Call and make your reservations
